Ryan was born and raised in Mertzon, Texas. He received a Bachelor of Science degree from Texas A&M University. He and his wife, Maria, are raising their two young children, Hudson & Hallie, in League City.
Ryan is actively and personally involved in all projects from development to maintaining the overall project and estimating from start to finish. He believes in open communication with subcontractors and clients and works hard to ensure all projects are completed on time and on budget.
After five years as Vice President of Operations at LoneStar Construction and nine years as Project Manager with Brookstone, Ryan Moynihan started Mertzon Construction in 2019.
Ryan managed a $40 million project in Sealy, Texas. With 15 years of hands-on experience managing projects in the Houston metroplex, he was familiar with local codes, MUD districts, flood control districts, and building requirements. He was well-versed in managing contract terms and conditions, working with architects and engineers, and providing pre-construction services. Ryan also brought 15 years of quality subcontractor collaboration and relationships.
